Coffee Ice Cream in the Ninja Creami
Creamy, smooth, and packed with rich coffee flavor, this Ninja Creami coffee ice cream is like a frozen cappuccino in every bite. Made with simple ingredients like whole milk, heavy cream, and espresso, it blends into a velvety, café-style treat right at home. Just freeze your pint, give it a quick spin, and enjoy a dreamy dessert perfect for any coffee craving.
- 1 cup whole milk
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1-2 shots espresso or 1–2 tsp instant espresso powder
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract optional
Mix all ingredients in a 2-cup liquid measuring cup or small bowl, until smooth. A milk frother is perfect for this!
Pour into ninja creami pint, staying below the max fill line.
Freeze on a level surface for 12–24 hours, or until solid.
Place the frozen pint into the outer bowl of the ninja creami ice cream maker and run the Ice Cream cycle.
Re-spin as needed until the ice cream reaches a creamy consistency. (Usually I do this once)
To add mix-ins (like chocolate chips), use a spoon to create a small hole in the center of the ice cream down to the bottom of the pint. Add your mix-ins, then run the Mix-In function on the machine.
Scoop, serve, and enjoy your creamy treat!
