Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
Add the feta, sour cream, olive oil, honey and pepper to the food processor.
Mix until completely smooth.
Refrigerate for at least one hour.
While feta is in the fridge, roast your strawberries.
Cut them and then space them evenly on a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Drizzle your balsamic vinegar and honey on your strawberries.
Bake for 12-15 minutes. Let them get to room temperature before topping the feta.
Once whipped feta is chilled, spread it onto a board or shallow bowl. Top with the roasted strawberries and fresh basil. Then drizzle with honey. Enjoy!
